Let me call you.
While doing some research to find some potential clients I noticed something odd. Some web designers build beautiful websites that actually make it hard for potential customers to contact the company with the website. How do they do this? They don't post the company's phone number anywhere on the website. I love the Internet as much as the next guy but sometimes I still want to pick up the phone and call someone!
