Email signature blocks
This one is actually quite easy and more business people should be using it!
I receive about 100 email messages a day. Greater than half of them do not include a signature block. Now would you go to a business meeting without your business card? Or send a business letter that isn't on letterhead? Of course not! So why do so many people not use email signature blocks? I suspect it's because most don't know how.
